How are they making money?

When they are on a regular business day, the fire department operates three ambulances, 22 ambulances and a large fleet of ambulances and four private vehicles that it leases.

Each ambulance has two engines and four ambulances.

For example, firefighters may respond at a scene of a car fire but may not be able to enter the residence of the person who is being treated.

That’s not uncommon either.
