Your Rustoleum paint has a small scratch on the back of it. Why does it have a scratch?
In order for our customer service team to fully evaluate and repair your rustoleum paint, the paint must be returned to us free of any scratches, dings or scuffs from direct contact, other damage caused by water, extreme temperature or harsh chemicals or light. Please do not use a dull or dirty cloth to wipe off paint before returning it to us as this can scratch paint for a long time leading to a long overdue repair.
