What is the return policy?
Please note we offer a no questions asked return policy. If your dog’s teeth are damaged or if your dog does not get along for any reason, we will refund any amount you pay for any damage that occurred during the time you bought the dog.
How do I get a refund?
If your dog’s teeth are damaged we will gladly take the money that you spent off-site and send it to the owner of the dog and any other family members. Please contact us with the original check. Please allow 4 days for processing and delivery.
When are all my refunds posted?
We will post all sales returns within 10 days of the date of purchase on our website. All returns within 7 days are processed and refunded as fast as possible. If you’d like to wait until the next business day, simply call us.
What is our return policy if I do not have a website and it expires in 2 months?
If you have an expired website, the owner or operator of that website can make a claim by placing a notice onto a website we control (the “Linked Website”). Your refund will be processed as quickly as possible.
What should I do if I’ve ordered more than one dog or dog walker and they are not shipped together?
If more than one dog or dog walker was purchased, each dog or dog walker should be shipped separately. If your dog or dog walker was shipped together, there is no need to return any dog or dog walker that was not returned to a customer service customer service address.
Can I exchange a damaged dog or dog walker?
We cannot work with individuals to exchange or refund a damaged animal. Only you should be responsible for the refund. We recommend you contact the owner of the dog or dog walker to see if they need your replacement or replacement item.
