If you have a life coach, you’re guaranteed to get a great coaching session. A life coach is someone who is paid to talk to you, but it is not paid to get professional advice or counsel. For most people, this is the first time they’ve ever met someone to meet with and they’ll go away and get a life coach. The amount you would expect to pay for a life coach varies, but you will likely be expected to have a personal trainer (at least one a month), or at least make frequent (and very affordable!) trips to the gym for personal training.
How much will a life coach cost?
A life coach will typically cost $50-$100 for 4 hours a week. I can’t find any exact amounts for most clients or for different ages, but we typically have clients ranging from college students to 70 year olds. Most have paid for the services of a life coach before.

It is imperative that states not only embrace the ACA, but actually take important steps to make it easier for Americans to get coverage.
The ACA has already improved access to affordable insurance coverage. The law has already shifted the burden of cost-sharing from the individual to the employer, which has resulted in higher employer plans’ premiums relative to premium contributions. This shift, combined with the Affordable Care Act’s reforms that expand the availability of health coverage, provides consumers with more choice and coverage options. Moreover, it should serve to lower premiums by reducing the amount of “premium assistance” that employers are required to
