There will be a certain amount of time when you will not have a life coach. It can be very difficult to find out what they are trying to say. There may be times when you are asked to take a few days to rest and focus on yourself for a period of time. They will ask you what you do to improve your life, what you like about life, what you like to learn, if you have done something, what has helped you through your challenges, your obstacles, and what you need to do differently to make your life in life better.
After a workout with a life coach in the gym, the life coach will often say something like “How can you do so much better today?” You may want to give him or her any advice you can think of to further improve your life. You can learn some things based on how you train, what you enjoy, if you can do less work in the gym, if you can get the same amount of reps, how long you sleep, your sleeping patterns, what you know already about how a workout is done, any tips I can give that you could not learn already from reading about it, or if you have something you think would benefit me. Some of the things I have learned by myself about how to live a better life are very simple and obvious or have very little to do with how a life coach may say they want to help you. Others are very specific and would benefit a life coach greatly if they could see what we are doing wrong, especially if we are in the gym, or are thinking about learning something in a different way, or want to start doing something special to make it better. A life coach might ask you what are things that you like about your life, if you have a family member or a friend that you consider to be part of your life and what you like about that person or things. They are here to help you in your life!
There are always going to be times where a life coach doesn’t understand the situation that you are in. There is nothing more stressful for a person’s body than sitting in a bar or gym for a full day with the intensity and fatigue that your body goes through. It can be hard to think or listen. Maybe a person’s body has stopped producing oxygen in your brain. Maybe your brain has stopped responding. There are certain things that you are thinking about that are not there and you are doing things that are not helping your self recovery. A life coach can come in and talk
