Have fun, don’t worry about the people sitting next to you, they can handle whatever you can throw at them. The most important part of a coach is that you can actually be themselves, even if it’s just a voice on a podcast. Don’t let the ego get in the way.

The Supreme Court on Tuesday rejected a challenge to a lower court’s ruling on how best to implement a federal law to protect Americans’ access to healthcare, which was passed over a decade ago but only recently was updated to include several provisions aimed at promoting innovation.
The justices declined to take up the case, which challenges the Affordable Care Act, or Obamacare, a law designed to expand health insurance coverage to millions of Americans through the expansion of health insurance marketplaces.
“There is no controversy in this case,” Justice Sonia Sotomayor wrote on behalf of the court, calling the health law’s implementation “the most innovative policymaking ever undertaken in the federal government,” and noting how it’s working to improve the country’s healthcare system.
“There is no evidence whatsoever that the law has harmed the health of the people it was designed to serve,” Sotomayor concluded, although the Obama administration has pointed to studies that have found that the law has made coverage more secure for tens of millions of Americans.
The lawsuit against the Affordable Care Act was brought by Americans United for Separation of Church and State and others, arguing that the law has a disproportionate burden on religion because it applies equally to both clergy and non-clergy members who are not ordained ministers and who may not follow traditional religious beliefs.
Justice Elena Kagan called the suit “warrantless, overreaching, and unconstitutional.”
“In sum,” Kagan ordered, “the Government does not seek the right to place obstacles in the way of religious exercise that it could not have achieved without making any law.”
“I would find no constitutional violation here,” Sotomayor replied.
