So that’s why I started running, doing Pilates and working out, and eventually started running a personal coaching business that gives my clients tips on how to be successful and earn money.
I want to have the best that I can be.
Also, I want to make sure I never go back to my old lifestyle or lifestyle that I had before starting my business.
If I didn’t run, I would do something else that wasn’t as sustainable (and for every time I do something I feel like I have done it well).
