There are some studies that suggest that a diet low in protein can slow digestion (4). This study had people eat a reduced fat diet for 4 months. The study found that the subjects lost more weight than expected even though they remained on the reduced fat diet.

There are two other studies that show that certain carbohydrates, like glucose, may slow digestion. One study has people eat 7 carbohydrates per day for a month and the other study has them eat 10 carbs per day for 4 months. The subjects in the carbs and the carbs + fasting groups did lose significantly more weight.

This is a continuation of my discussion of the new Naughty Dog game. This is the result of years of research, reading, and pondering what games mean to me and what they have meant to the past, present and future of video games.
The game is Naughty Dog’s new Uncharted game. It takes place after the events of The Last of Us, which was released in May of 2014. I am fairly sure the previous Naughty Dog game The Last of Us is part of the trilogy that will see Uncharted 4 and Uncharted: The Lost Legacy released later this year.
I have played the PS3 version of the game, as well as played the Xbox 360 version. I believe The Last of Us as a whole, aside from a few glitches, was really good. The characters, especially Joel and Ellie were enjoyable to watch and play as as well the story of an Uncharted story was unique. The game was fun!
I have some issues of my own with this Uncharted title. This is by no means the perfect Uncharted game. There are some glaring flaws with the game that I do not really like, most of them are minor and could have easily been overlooked. But some, like some of the gameplay mechanics could have done with a bit of polish.
This issue I’m going to focus on focuses on the puzzles. They’re often quite boring. There are only so many ways a player
