Before the last day of the sale month
Before the last day of the sale quarter
Before 5 days prior to the expiration sale date

If a buyer is interested in buying the asset in this sale they need to complete this form by January 15, 2018. Do not make any payments until the sale closes. If you plan to use the asset prior to closing, or use it more than once in the period, we encourage buyers to notify AdobeStock prior to closing. AdobeStock will not accept any deposits and a buyer cannot have more than one Adobe Stock asset during the sale period.
A buyers will be able to obtain a Certificate of Authenticity for any Adobe Stock Asset during the sale period. This will show the amount due and whether Adobe Stock was used to sell the asset. No payment will be received by any party prior to issuance of the certificate. Buyer agrees to keep the certificate on their possession for the duration of the sale.
We believe that buyers can achieve increased value for their investment in Adobe Stock by selling it at a better discount than they would have been able to buy it from Adobe Stock. Adobe Stock is a valuable asset that offers great value to purchasers. Buyers may receive a higher price when they sell it than when they purchase it.
