3. Take some exercise
One method is to exercise once a week. In addition to working out regularly, you can also cut out some activity and do more sitting. This might look good on a scale but it doesn’t work as a weight loss plan. In the weight room, you have to do regular resistance training or cardio as well.
4. Quit smoking
A few weeks ago my brother-in-law quit smoking. After he quit for a few weeks he was losing weight on a regular basis. Now he’s back. You can do it too if you smoke.
5. Start exercising
