What are all the different types of dance?

What does each type of dance have to do with your personality?

There are three types of dances; a choreographed dance, a spontaneous dance (i.e. going in a certain direction) and a dance that you can pick from. (There are also dance types for the house, the group or anyone else in the group.)

To understand what each dance has to do with you, you’ll find out which dance suits you best — the kind of dance you like.

A choreographed dance is one that is choreographed in a rehearsal or choreographing studio.

You should always have fun in dance, don’t take it too seriously.

When in conversation, keep your conversation light, relaxed and casual — but don’t be nervous, uncomfortable or awkward, just smile.

A relaxed attitude will only help you to be a lot more relaxed, so let yourself be!
